Rules and Regulations

The following rules and regulations are intended to make fetch sam! as safe, enjoyable and pleasant as possible for all users and participants.

Only those individuals who have signed a current Release of Liability form may use fetch sam! and related equipment are to be used solely for dog training classes and private practice
Rental access can be requested on the website here. Only users who have an approved user ID may rent and enter the facility for private practice
No food or drink is allow on turf.
Dogs much be crated on the blue mats.
Treats must be light in color and not crumbly. Please made sure you do not leave a bunch of treats on the floor when you leave.
Treat delivery toys are highly recommended to reduce the amount of treats dropped on the floor.
The dog potty is located on the east side of the building just outside of the side door. Please do not allow your dogs to potty on any man made surfaces such as the building or the chain link fencing.
Refunds and Cancellations. No refunds are given for cancelled rental appointments or missed classes. Please contact you instructor for homework assignments. You may reschedule your rental. See below for details.
Dog management. Dogs are to be kept on leash or crated (in your personal crate or x-pen) at all times except when working. Do not let your dog wander while you reset bars or move equipment. Dogs in heat can enter the building and/or participate in classes but must wear panties at all times while in the building
Equipment. We ask that you not move equipment during your rental.

Dogs should be brought to class on a flat buckle collar or martingale collar
- Harnesses, pinch collars, choke chains and shock collars are not allowed
Leashes should be 6 feet, light in weight and have nothing hanging from them
- Flexi-Leashes are not allowed
Dogs must be crated or in an x-pen during class when not out working

The dog potty is located on the east side of the building. Please make sure you pick up your dog’s poop and put it in the trash bin. Do not allow your dog to potty on any man made surfaces such as the building or the chain link fencing. All potty accidents must be cleaned up immediately. More info will be provided shortly about clean up procedures.

No refunds are given for cancelled rental appointments or missed classes
Rental appointments can be rescheduled 90 minutes in advance of the appointment without penalty. See the initial rental confirmation email for “Reschedule” link
Classes – Registration and payment of the class fees is a binding commitment that the owner and dog(s) will attend class sessions. No make-up sessions or refunds are offered for missed classes. Please let your instructor know as soon as possible if you know that you will be missing a class
